A jury comprising 96 automotive journalists from 30 countries selected the finalists through a sealed ballot. The winners will be announced on April 16, 2025, at the New York International Auto Show.

The Hyundai INSTER is a sub-compact EV known for its distinctive design, extended driving range, and advanced technology. It features rapid charging capabilities, achieving a 10 to 80 percent charge in approximately 30 minutes. The long-range 49 kWh model offers a claimed driving range of up to 370 km.
