Firestone, a brand under Bridgestone Americas, has launched its newest touring tire, the Firestone Affinity AS. Designed for mainstream cars, the Affinity AS focuses on durability and performance. It features a tread compound made to resist uneven and early wear, helping drivers feel more confident and secure on the road.
The new tire is built to offer a quiet and comfortable ride. Its tread compound helps reduce road noise and vibration. The tread design includes diagonal and lateral sipes that improve traction and handling in wet conditions. Additional grooves in the tread pattern work to lower noise and harshness while boosting overall drivability.

The Affinity AS adds to Firestone’s range of products, giving drivers another choice for dependable, all-season performance. However, it is not certified for severe winter use. This new tire is positioned between the Firestone All Season and the Firestone WeatherGrip in the brand’s lineup.
The Affinity AS is made for cars with 15- to 19-inch rim diameters. Nine fitments are available at launch. Firestone plans to roll out a total of 28 fitments through 2025.
